Refunds and Exchanges

All ticket sales are final and non-refundable.

Ticket holders may exchange their tickets up to 48 hours before showtime. The exchange rate is $5 per ticket exchanged. (Subject to Ticket Availability)

Please call our box office at (781) 871-2787 if you need to make an exchange. 

Ticket Discounts

Group Rates may be available for parties of 15 and more.  Please call the box office for more details.

 

Student Rush, 1/2 price tickets available 2 hours before show time.  Subject to availability.  Must purchase in person, valid ID required to purchase.  One ticket per person.  Not applicable for special events, concerts, and movies.

 

$5 off teacher discount, must show ID at box office.

$5 off Friends & Family Friday, for our main stage shows. Must be purchased in person or over the phone. (discount requires purchase of 4 or more tickets)

$5 off military discount, must show ID at box office

Theatre Doors & Seating

Doors open thirty minutes before the performance is scheduled to begin. All seats are assigned.

Management reserves the right to delay seating patrons who arrive late.

Parking

Cars may park anywhere on our lot or on the street. Cars parked across the street at Triple G Scaffold Services may be towed or locked in.

Assistive
Listening

Assistive listening devices are available at the box office to borrow with ID.

Captioning is available for select performances. Please call the box office to inquire

Wheelchair Accessibility

There is a wheelchair lift available in front of the theatre. Our state-of-the-art lift is available at street level in the front of the building, alongside an enclosed staircase for your comfort and convenience.


Please inform the box office staff when purchasing tickets if you need assistance or have a wheelchair.

Restrooms

Located in the lobby, restrooms are handicapped accessible.

Weather-Related Issues

Performances will go on as scheduled, therefore, we do not offer weather-related refunds.


In the event of a state of emergency is declared, the show will be canceled and exchanges or refunds will be given.

Patron Behavior

Please be respectful of fellow patrons and their desire for quiet enjoyment of the performance.

In the event that your theatre experience is being disrupted, please find an usher or the house manager.

Age Restrictions

For the benefit of all our patrons, children under 4 will not be admitted, unless designated as a family friendly show.


Everyone must have a ticket. No “babes in arms” will be allowed.


Parents may be asked to remove restless children from the theatre.


The parent and child will be able to wait in our comfortable lobby while the rest of the family enjoys the show.

Photography & Electronic Devices

No audio/video recording or photography is allowed in the theatre. Please silence all devices before performances begin.

parking

Handicapped parking is available in the front of the building, as well as to the right of the front of the theater. On the side of the building is a handicapped entrance that will be open 30 minutes before each performance.

concessions

Concessions are available for purchase at all performances.

bar services

Bar Service is available at select performances on Friday & Saturday evenings.
