Classes Begin: March 21st
Meets for six weeks from March 21st through May 2nd (no class on April 18th). Have trouble speaking extemporaneously? Hate giving that big presentation at work? Love shows like Whose Line Is It, Anyway? This class geared towards adults will teach students how to say Yes, and, to listen and react, to create memorable characters and build compelling scenes spontaneously, to work well as part of a comedic ensemble, to build confidence in speaking without a script, and to have a lot of laughs. Class time will focus on games, good theatre practices, and short form scene work. Theatrical experience a plus but definitely not required.
