Description: Buona Sera – Italian Night! Join professional Chef Angela Cortese as she teaches you how to make fresh homemade pasta and create fresh mozzarella cheese from cheese curds! Let your creative side be adventurous as you learn some new skills that you can apply to your own kitchen in a fun and relaxed environment. There will be music, good company, and a wonderful meal that you created at the end! Additional accoutrements will be provided by Chef Angela. This is a great Valentine’s Day gift for a loved one, a family member, or a friend. All dietary restrictions will be considered.
